Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. minced onion
crushed corn flakes or fine bread crumbs
2 - 1/2 lbs. cut up chicken
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Coat a 9x13x2" baking pan with non stick cooking spray. Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise and onion together. Place the corn flakes/crumbs in a shallow dish. Dip the chicken in the ketchup mixture.
Then coat with the crumbs or flakes. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes
