Why I Love This Recipe
This is a baked chicken recipe that is crunchy and delicious.

Ingredients You'll Need
6 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 6 oz package French's Crispy Fried Onions
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Beat egg in a pie pan for dipping chicken
Mix onions and parmesan cheese in a bowl to coat chicken.
Spray 9x13 pyrex dish.
Roll chicken breast in egg then in onion and cheese mixture.
Place in a pyrex dish.
Sprinkle any remaining mixture on chicken.
Bake covered 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Then uncovered and bake 10 minutes.
*Additional cooking may be required depending on chicken size and oven.
