Ingredients You'll Need
1 egg white
grated peel from 1 medium orange (about 2 Tbsp.)
grated peel from 1 medium lemon (about 2 tsp.)
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 can (11.5 oz.) PLANTERS Mixed Nuts
1 Tbsp. granular no calorie sweetener
Directions
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°F. Beat egg white in medium bowl with orange peel, lemon peel and cinnamon until frothy. Stir in nuts until evenly coated.
Spread into lightly greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until nuts are dry and lightly toasted. Sprinkle with sweetener; toss lightly. Cool. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
