Kellogg's® Honey Smacks® were originally called Sugar Smacks when they were introduced in 1953. They underwent a name change in 1983 to better reflect the honey flavor.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1 cup Kellogg's® Honey Smacks® cereal, crushed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a bowl, mix the crushed Kellogg's® Honey Smacks® cereal with grated Parmesan cheese.

3. Toss the mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

4. Spread the seasoned vegetables in a baking dish.
