Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions
Cream butter and cream cheese together with mixer on medium speed. Add in sugar until fluffy.
Add in flour on low speed up to medium when all flour is in and if you wish to add in pecans now is the time to do it on low until mixed.
Drop by tablespoons on a cookie sheet. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
Leave on pan 2-3 minutes after removing from oven then transfer to rack for cooling.
