When fresh tasting is what you are craving, this is the salad to prepare.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cucumber
1/4 cup red onion
1/4 cup red pepper
2 Tbsp fresh dill
Oil and Vinegar
Directions
Cube or spiralize the cucumber
Dice the onion and pepper
Chop the dill very fine
Mix ingredients in a glass bowl
Drizzle on a little oil and some apple cider vinegar
Toss and serve.
