Why I Love This Recipe

Very complex meal to prepare but worth it.


Ingredients You'll Need

Ingredients:
- 250 gr of chicken breast
- 1 kg of tomato
- 10 gr of cardamom
- 5 gr of cinnamon
- 5 gr of clove
- 250 gr of butter
- 20 gr of red pepper
- 10 gr of cumin powder
- 10 gr of coriander powder
- 200 gr of cream
- 100 gr of ground cashews


Directions

First in a pot we prepare the tomato sauce. Add the tomatoes, cardamom, cinnamon and the clove. We let it boil until tomatoes softened.
Once tomatoes are softened we drain the water and we peel the tomatoes and put them in the blender, blend until the texture is thick.
In a large big pan we grease with butter to fry the red peppers, the cardamom, and the coriander powder all together mixing until all voncined.
Then we add the triturated tomatoes with the thick texture with the ground cashews. We drained the water uot and added the cream to the mexture. Miz till everything is well combined.
To cook the chicken, we cut it into cubes. We add a little oil in a pan and cook until both sides are well cooked but not golden. Add the chicken to the mixture of tomato sauce.
