Cut-Out Sugar Cookies

Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
8 oz package cream cheese
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups flour
Icing:
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 to 4 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons margarine or butter
1 Tablespoon shortening
Food coloring
Directions
Cream first five ingredients. Mix in flour. Chill until firm. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut cookies out in desired shapes. Bake at 350* degrees on greased cookie sheets for 8-10 minutes. Cool and frost with following icing.
