Why I Love This Recipe

According to a Harvard study combined with some other studies in the U.S. and Europe, people who ate more than five servings of fruit a day had a 20% less risk for coronary heart disease or strokes than those who ate three or less servings per day. Adding some fresh fruit or veggies to your Jay Robb Protein Shake is a great way to get those daily servings in! HAVE YOU SEEN JAY ROBB TODAY?
