DRY CREAM SOUP MIX

Why I Love This Recipe
This mix is used when you don't have a can of cream soup for a casserole or just want a can of soup to eat and don't have one on your shelf. You can add left over chicken or whatever to it.

Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups dry milk powder
1 Tbsp. dry thyme
1 cup cornstarch
1 Tbsp. dry basil
1/2 cup dry boullion
1 Tbsp. pepper
5 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
Directions
Combine all together and store in freezer in zip lock bag or plastic container.
Use 1/3 cup of the mix with 1 cup water.
Stir mix into the water and heat in microwave until it thickens.
Use in casseroles or whatever recipe you would normally use cream soup.
*replaces 1 can of cream soup called for in recipes.
Can add chopped cooked vegetables for the soup if desired.
