Leftover pasta
Leftover tomato pasta sauce
Whatever else you feel like throwing into the saute pan with the pasta and sauce
Eggs
Directions
Heat two saute pan. In one, saute pasta and tomato sauce in a little butter. In other pan, make one or two over-easy eggs. Place pasta on a plate, top with over easy eggs and break yolks on pasta so that they combine with the sauce. Rave about your new favorite meal.
