Why I Love This Recipe

When dad made this up, it was an instant hit. Then it took about 3 years of harassment to get him to finally write down the recipe - now everyone in the family makes it

Ingredients You'll Need

2-3 lbs salmon filets about 1” thick
1/2 c shiro miso
1 c best foods mayo
1/2 c mirin
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c sugar


whisk all ingredients (except fish!) together

spread layer of sauce on bottom of baking dish

place salmon filets one layer thick over sauce

spread rest of sauce over fish, cover with foil

bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes

remove foil and broil for about 15 minutes or until top is golden brown
