Why I Love This Recipe

Dalgona coffee has taken the internet by storm! This drink originated from South Korea and involves mixing equal parts of instant coffee, hot water and sugar until light and fluffy. I used a electric beater to save time but you can also whisk it by hand if you don't have one. Just note that it will take longer. This drink is sweet yet gives you just the right amount of coffee flavor! One good this about it is that you can always adjust it. If you like your coffee strong then you can make more of the mixture. If you like less coffee, go ahead and make less of the mixture. Just make sure to use equal part of the instant coffee, hot water and sugar.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp hot water
1 cup milk of your choice (chilled or hot)


1. In a big bowl, add the instant coffee, hot water and sugar.
2. Using a electric beater, whip the mixture for 5 minutes or until light and fluffy.
3. Pour the milk into a glass and top off with the whipped mixture.
4. Mix and enjoy!
