Thick cut boneless port chops, butterflied
Lawry's seasoned salt
Garlic powder
Onion powder
One envelope McCormick pork gravy
Yukon Gold Potatoes diced or sliced
Butter or oil
Directions
Brown seasoned pork chops in butter or oil
Make gravy according to package directions and pour over potatoes
Layer browned pork chops on potatoes and gravy
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes covered in foil
Raise temperature to 350 degrees
Uncover and bake for 30 minutes
