Why I Love This Recipe

We were in back east for a family reunion at a restaurant having dinner. A waiter walked by with this yummy looking drink in a martini glass. I couldn't get their attention, so I walked over to the person who had the drink and inquired about what they had ordered. They said it was a chocolate martini. When I got back to California, I must have tried one at every restaurant that served them....and asked each bartender what they used. After experimenting on my own, this is the best one I've tried....Save it for a dessert!

Ingredients You'll Need

1 shot Vanilla Vodka (I use Stolli)
1 shot Baileys Irish Cream
1 shot Lady Godiva Chocolate Liqour
1 shot Cream
Hershey's Syrup
Sugar and Cocoa mixed for rimming (place in a saucer)

Fill a martini shaker with ice and add Vodka, Irish Cream Chocolate Liqour and cream. Shake to mix.

Take a martini glass and rim the top with hershey syrup and coat with sugar/cocoa mixture by dipping glass in saucer. Drizzle syrup inside the glass so that it makes "designs" on the side. Pour martini in glass and enjoy.
