"a raw vegan way to make a light tea."

Serves 24 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 24 hours dehydrating

Why I Love This Recipe

I love hot water with a slice of fruit. By dehydrating you can take advantage of sales, seasonal fruit, plus you have it ready and handy. This gives your hot water just a hint of flavor. You can also use these slices to infuse cold water.

Ingredients You'll Need

Regular Orange
Blood Orange

Slice slightly less then 1/4 inch thick.
Place on a non-stick dehydrator sheet.
Dry for 24 hours at 115F

Use - 1 slice per hot cup of water.

Pairs Well With

enjoy a hint of flavor in a cup of hot water
