Delicious, Simple and Easy Egg Bake

This recipe has been handed down and adapted over time. It is about friends and family enjoying a meal together. It is extremely easy to prepare, yet the results are a sophisticated breakfast meal. Serve with biscuits and fruit on the side.
Ingredients You'll Need
15-18 organic eggs
1lb. Black Forest Ham (shaved). I used organic ham.
swiss cheese (Jarlsberg has the best flavor for this dish) 3-4 cups grated
1 pint heavy organic whipping cream
parmesan cheese freshly grated
Butter a 15 in. casserole dish. Cover bottom of dish w/ 1 lb.ham. Spread swiss cheese evenly on top of ham. Crack eggs on top of cheese. 3 across....5-6 down. Try not to break any of the yolks! Salt and pepper each yolk. Cover w/ heavy whipping cream. You will use the entire pint. Top w/grated parmesan cheese. Refrigerate overnight...........it will solidify. Bake 35 min. at 375degrees. May take longer depending on oven. Turn oven to broil last 3 min. of baking to brown parmesan cheese.
