Why I Love This Recipe

"This started as preparation to go to Hagg Lake for the day and we were making tuna salad (from the fresh tuna we had earlier canned)...we started using left over odds and ends to empty out the fridge. We both started adding this and that and turned out so great it is now the standard in our house for making chicken or tuna salad. The biggest problem was having no idea really on the amounts to use, so you will have to go by your own taste preferences on all the ingredients." ~ Chris & Judy

Ingredients You'll Need

2 cans Tuna (or Chopped Up Chicken Breast)
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Carrots, Sliced Up Or Shredded
2 Celery, Finely Chopped
4-6 Dill Pickles, Diced
1 Tbsp Dill Relish
2 Green Onions, Finely Chopped
6 Pepperoncini, Chopped
3 -5 Jalapenos, Chopped
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
1 Tbsp Dijon Or Spicy Brown Mustard
dash Black Pepper
dash Ground Red Pepper


*Mix all ingredients and best when chilled

*Serve with cheese slices and lettuce on favorite bread or use crackers/pita chips, etc to dip

Recipe Tips:

*Cottage Cheese or Greek Yogurt are great substitutes for Mayonnaise and can't tell the difference!
