Ingredients You'll Need
6-0z cream cheese
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped very fine
6 Tbs Miracle whip
1/2 tsp onion powder
1-1/2 Tbs yellow mustard
6 drops of tobasco sauce
Directions
With a fork mash the hard cooked eggs. Add all ingredients and mash again. Serve with Ritz crackers or you could spread some of this on a piece of boiled ham, place a blanched asparagus spear on top of the egg mixture, roll up and cut into small pieces secure with a toothpick
