Donna Stone's Lasagne

Why I Love This Recipe
I have to admit I don't know Donna Stone. This is the lasagna recipe my husband grew up on, that my mother-in-law got from this wonderful woman named Donna Stone.
Ingredients You'll Need
Meat Sauce:
2 lb ground beef, browned and drained
2 jars of pasta sauce
1 small can of tomato paste
1 med onion
garlic to taste
1 1/2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste
7 drops of Tobasco sauce
Cheese sauce:
1 lb shredded cheese (motzarella or italian blend of choice)
1 large (16 oz container) cottage cheese, or 1 small cottage cheese and 1 4oz Ricotta cheese
3 Tbsp parsley
garlic to taste
2 eggs
lasagna noodles (I use no-cook)
Directions
Prepare meat and cheese sauces. Layer in large lasagna pan, or 2 smaller pans, in the following order: meat sauce, noodles, cheese sauce, repeat - ending with meat sauce. Add additional shreeded cheese if desired. Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 60 min in a 350F oven, remove foil and bake for 15 min more. Let sit on top of stove for 10-15 min before serving.
