Doritos Chicken

Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need
6 Chicken Breasts, Halved In Both Directions
1/3 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, Crushed
Directions
Oven Temperature: 375°F
*Rinse chicken pieces in water
*Dip chicken in crushed chips and coat heavily - pressing down as you coat and do it a couple times
*Bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes,, or until tops of chicken start to brown (optional: at the last minute you can spray butter on tops to finish browning)
Recipe Tips
*Adds crispiness to turn over and brown both sides - caution in doing this as if not careful, the Dorito crust will come off when you turn them over
*These are also great as chicken strips or even drumsticks
*If using frozen chicken, only defrost partially as it is easier to cut than fully defrosted
*Surprisingly good dipped in honey mustard dressing or sweet chile sauce
