2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1 lb cream cheese
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1/4 cup sour cream
2 large eggs


Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter and press into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Melt chocolate over hot, not boiling, water. Cream together cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract.

Stir in sour cream; beat eggs in one at a time. Pour three-quarters of the cream cheese mixture into pan. Combine remaining cream cheese mixture with melted chocolate. Swirl into cheesecake using the tip of the knife. Bake at 300F for 45 minutes and then turn off heat and let cool in oven with door ajar for 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate. When completely cooled, cut into bars.
