Ingredients You'll Need
250 g mutton
To bring down
1 cup refined oil

3 chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
Enough salt
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
3 chopped tomatoes
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp garam masala powder
3 coriander leaves
1 tbsp pepper
Cinnamon as needed
Cloves as needed
Add enough cardamom
Fenugreek leaves as needed
Coriander leaves enough
Green chillies as needed
Directions
Step 1:
Heat a cooker and add oil. Add cinnamon, cloves, pepper and cinnamon and garnish. Now add ginger garlic paste and now add mutton to it. Add enough salt and cook for about two to three minutes. Add a little more water, cover and cook till 2-3 whistles are heard.
Step 2:
Now heat another pan and add some oil in it. Add onion and fry till golden brown. Now add the tomato then and fry well.
Step 3:
Add chilli powder, garam masala and coriander powder and saute for 4-5 minutes. Add pre-cooked mutton and mix well. Now add yoghurt and cook again on high heat for 4-5 minutes
Step 4:
Add enough mutton stock and cook till the mutton is well browned. Now garnish with kasuri methi, onion rings, coriander and green chillies.
Delicious mutton curry ready. It can be eaten with chorizo, bread or chapati.
