Ingredients You'll Need
200g milk chocolate, high quality
100g pistachio butter, divided
50g crushed pistachios, optional for garnish
100g crispy knafeh, prepared or store-bought
2 sheets of phyllo dough
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
Melt the milk chocolate gently in a microwave or double boiler.
Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean workspace and brush with melted butter, then layer with the second sheet and brush again.
Place a strip of the prepared crispy knafeh mixed with 50g of pistachio butter in the center of the phyllo sheet.
Roll the phyllo dough over the filling, tucking the ends, and form a compact roll.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
Cool the roll completely, then cut sections neatly.
Dip each cooled roll in melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
Allow the chocolate coating to set before serving.
