Dutch Meat Loaf:
1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
1 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 medium Onion, chopped
1/2 can Tomato Sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
Sweet/Sour Sauce:
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 Cup water
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp mustard
2 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Lightly mix ingredients.
Form into loaf. Place in 350 degree oven.
While that is starting to bake, combine the following to make the sweet-sour sauce.
Combine sauce ingredients, Pour over meatloaf, continue baking 1 1/2 more hours.
