EASY SWISS STEAK
Why I Love This Recipe
This is seriously one of the easiest dinners ever! I like to serve with mashed potatoes.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 packets Lipton Onion Soup Mix
8 cups water
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
8-12 frozen hamburger patties
Directions
1.) Add all ingredients to a stock pot. Bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat.
2.) Let simmer until patties are brown and hot. Serve with a side of potatoes & your favorite vegetables.
