Why I Love This Recipe

For a variation, add garlic and cheese or herbs to the mix.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

Stir together flour, milk and mayonnaise.

Fill prepared muffin tins about 3/4 full and bake 20 minutes.
