Why I Love This Recipe
This is a receipe that I originally got it from one of my friends. I turned out to make a lot since my 10 month old daughter started eating solid food and I didn't want to feed her the frozen ones. Plus, this is very easy and delicious.

Directions
This is a receipe that I originally got it from one of my friends. I turned out to make a lot since my 10 month old daughter started eating solid food and I didn't want to feed her the frozen ones. Plus, this is very easy and delicious.
Ingredients:
2 lbs of lean ground pork
1 1/2 tbsp of salt
2 tbsp of sugar
chopped garlic
chopped ginger (very very tiny pieces)
chopped green-onions (tiny pieces)
1 tsp of pepper
1 pack of potsticker wraps
How to:
Mix pork, salt, sugar, garlic, ginger, green onions and pepper altogether. Get one potsticker wrap and put the meat in the middle of the wrap. Put a little bit of water on one side of the potsticker edges. carefully seal the wrap. It will just like be the one from the frozen packet. Put a little oil in the pan wait until it gets hot. Put the potstickers in the oil and wait until they turn golden. Put a little bit of water into the pan and cover the pan with the cover for about 2 minutes. Remove the cover and wait until the water's dried up. The potstickers are now ready.
Sauce:
Potstickers are even good to eat with regular soysauce. If you like a little something sour, you might want to try vinegar sauce. Here's how to mix a vinegar sauce.
3 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of soysauce
1 tsp of sesame oil
Mix them altogether and it can be served with potstickers.
