Ingredients You'll Need
2-4 pieces of salmon
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dijon mustard
roughly 1 clove of garlic, minced
Directions
1. Whisk the ingredients for the sauce and cover the salmon with 1/2 - 3/4 of the sauce. (Try placing salmon top-down in a small bakepan to increase smothering capabilities.) Leave sitting in fridge for at least 10 minutes (try 1 hour)
2. Preheat the oven to 400F
2. Bake salmon for 10 minutes
4. Serve with remaining sauce on the side
