Easy Chicken Parmesan

Why I Love This Recipe
I'm always looking for tasty recipes that I can prepare ahead of time - the chicken breasts are a snap to throw together, and then pop into the refrigerator. When I get home from work, I just pour the sauce over them, top with cheese, and then stick them in the oven!
Ingredients You'll Need
4 small chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 in. thickness
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 C. Italian-style breadcrumbs
1 16. oz. Jar of your favorite pasta sauce (I use Prego Roasted Garlic and Herb)
2% Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, or a Shredded Italian Cheese Blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Coat each pounded chicken breast in egg
Dredge coated chicken breasts in Italian bread crumbs
Place Chicken breasts into a greases baking dish
Top chicken with preferred amount of Pasta Sauce
Top sauced-up chicken with Cheese
Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly
