Easy chicken pot pie

Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
***Crust 1
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 cup of self rising flour
1 cup milk
***Crust 2
2 cans Refrigerated Crescent Rolls.


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray or grease casserole dish or aluminum pan.
Mix chopped chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and broth together then pour mixture into a casserole dish.

Melt butter into a small bowl, add milk then mix in flour. Pour evenly over the pie filling mixture. This will make a top crust when baked.***

***Note Different Crust
Unroll one tube of Crescent dough and line bottom of the casserole dish. Pour in mixture into dish. Unroll and top mixture with crescent roll dough.

Select which crust choice you prefer but not both then
Bake about 45 minutes or until crust in golden brown.
