Easy Chicken Stir fry

Why I Love This Recipe

Very basic so you can easily add other ingredients and flavours


Ingredients You'll Need

• 450 g hokkien noodles
• 2 tsp vegetable oil
• 200 g chicken mince
• 2 garlic cloves crushed or 2-3
tps of crushed garlic
• 2 cups Asian stir-fry
vegetables
• 1 tbs sweet chilli sauce
• 1 tbs soy sauce
• 1 tbs teriyaki sauce


Directions

Place noodles in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Stand for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain.


Heat oil in a wok or pan over high heat. Add garlic and mince, and stir-fry for 3 minutes.


Transfer in to a bowl and set aside


Add vegetables to wok and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until tender.


Add mince mixture, noodles and sauces, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until heated through. Serve immediately.
