Why I Love This Recipe

Since this recipe called for 1/2 cup self rising flour if you do not have this on hand, you can use 1/2 cup all-purpose flour and added 1/4 tsp salt and 3/4 tsp baking powder.


Ingredients You'll Need

4 eggs
1/2 Cup Self-Rising flour (not regular flour)
1 1/3 Cup sugar or splenda
1/2 stick Butter, softened
2 Cup milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 8 oz bag of Flake Coconut


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, beat all ingredients together, put in a greased 10" pie pan and bake for 45 min.


Only cook it 45 min...it will settle....cool on counter for about 1 hr then in fridge for 1 1/2 hrs.


Just follow the recipe exactly.


It will turn out!
