Easy Fantasy Fudge
Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe has been found on Jars of Jiffy Puffed Marshmallow Cream for many years. I have added my own experience for making it at high altitude.
Ingredients You'll Need
¾ cup (1 ½ sticks) butter
3 cups sugar
1 5oz can evaporated milk
12 oz or 2 heaping cups chocolate chips, semi-sweet
1 7oz jar marshmallow cream
1 cup chopped nuts ( optional )
1 tsp vanilla extract
Lightly grease 13x9" or 9" square pan Mix butter sugar, and milk in heavy 2-½ to 3-quart saucepan; bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes (5 ½ minutes for

234 degrees, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
Same Ingredients as above
Lightly grease 13x9" or 9" square pan. Microwave butter in 4-quart microwavable bowl or casserole on HIGH 1 minute or until melted. Add sugar and milk; mix well. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until mixture begins to boil, stirring after 3 minutes. Mix well; scrape bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5-½ minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Gradually stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
