Easy French Baguette

"Fast no knead baguette dough"

This is the easiest and fast baguette recipe that I've done. And yet it is delicious!
Ingredients You'll Need
320 g flour
5 g dry yeast
250 g warm water
8 g salt
Directions
Pour water in a bowl with dry yeast. Leave it to rest for 1 minute. Them mix it with an spatula.
Add Flour and salt with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough form. It will be very sticky.
Cover with a humid clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 1:30 minutes . The longer you let is rest, the crunchier the crust will be.
After that, pour the dough over a floured surface and fold it 4 time.
Make a ball and cut in 2 equal parts. Make 2 loaves in a baguette shape.
Place them over a baguette baking pan, lined with parchment paper. Cover with parchment paper as well.
Place a rectangular baking pan inside the oven, and pour 1 cup of water.
Pre-heat the over to a 460 F.
When oven reaches the temperature, remove the parchment paper cover and make a few cut with a sharp knife on top of the loaves. Cover them with the parchment paper again. And place them in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the parchment paper and check if it is golden brown.
Take the baguettes out of the oven and let them rest on a grid for 5 minutes before slicing them.
