Ingredients You'll Need
3 lbs fresh beef brisket
1.3 oz dry onion soup mix
10.5 oz beef broth
Mini baugettes/sandwich buns
Place beef in crockpot. Mix dry soup mix and beef broth; pour over beef.
Cover and cook on low heat 8-10 hours or until beef is tender. Ski fat from liquid.
Remove beef; cut across grain into thin slices.
Fill baguettes with beef and serve with broth for dipping
