Macaroni and Cheese is one of those simple comfort dishes that we never seem to outgrow. Feel free to change up the type of cheese in the recipe to your taste.

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup small elbow macaroni
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper or hot sauce to taste (optional)
Directions
Add macaroni and water into a microwavable mug or another microwavable dish (place on a plate to catch the overflow of any water when cooking).
Microwave oh high for 1 minute.
Stir and microwave for another minute.
Continue to cook macaroni at 30 second intervals, stirring in between (may differ due to the strength of your microwave).
Add cheese and stir until melted.
