Serves 8 | Prep Time 30 minutes | Cook Time 1 hour

Why I Love This Recipe

Christmas brunch favorite.

Also great for dinner.


Ingredients You'll Need

12 slices bacon
1 c grated cheese
1/3 c onion, chopped
green pepper, chopped (optional)
mushrooms, sliced (optional)
2 c milk
1/2 c bisquick
4 eggs
salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Fry bacon until crisp. Cut up.
Spray a 10-inch pie pan and place bacon and vegetables in the bottom.
Blend milk, bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper in blender for one minute.
Pour into pie plate and bke 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand five minutes before cutting.
For a double recipe use 9x13 pan.


Pairs Well With

Fruit, juice.
