Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients You'll Need
2 Cans Chickpeas - drained
1/2 C Tahini
Juice of 2 lemons
1 roasted red pepper (fresh or canned in the condiment aisle)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
In a food processor combine all the ingredients and pulse until well mixed. Chill and serve with pita chips
