Easy and tasty rice and mushrooms
Why I Love This Recipe
Rice is one of my favorite side dishes because it goes with so many different things. This is my version I like to call the "no left-over rice" because there is never a drop left!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 c basmati rice (I prefer this)
2 T canola oil
2 c water
1 T kosher salt
1 box small button mushrooms sliced
Heat the oven to 350.
Add all the ingredients together in a 9"13 pan and mix well. Cover the rice and let it cook for 1 hour. Take it out and serve right away.
