Eat Up All Your Vegetables Casserole

Ingredients You'll Need
2 medium zucchini
4 small yellow summer squash
2 small white onions
1 large tomato
3 tablespoons cheese -- grated
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon vegetable salt
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Slice vegetables and place in oblong 2-quart casserole. Mix all other ingredients (except almonds) and toss lightly. Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes. Lightly sprinkle almonds on top before serving
