Edamame Dip/Spread

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups cooked edamame
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped red onion
3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
4 tsp chili garlic sauce (such as Lee Kum Kee)
1 (16-ounce) can cannellini/white beans, drained
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor, and process until smooth.
Serve immediately, or cover and chill.
