An all-time favorite breakfast recipe. Mom found this recipe in Southern Living magazine many years ago ❤

Ingredients You'll Need

8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
6 slices good white bread cubed (crusts removed)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. Sausage (Jimmy Dean sage preferred) cooked, drained and crumbled


Combine first 4 ingredients and beat well. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 covered for 50 minutes. Uncover and cook until browned on top.
