Egg Nog Buttercream

Why I Love This Recipe
I baked up egg nog cupcakes using someone else's recipe and wanted non-alcoholic frosting to go along with them. So easy and so good.
enough for two dozen cupcakes
Ingredients You'll Need
1 C. room temp. butter
6-8 C. powdered sugar
2 t. vanilla
1/4 C. eggnog
Directions
Cream the butter for 30 seconds until smooth. Add eggnog, vanilla, and 1 C. powdered sugar. Mix until combined. Add powdered sugar cup by cup until you've used at least 6 cups and is the consistency you want.
Pipe or spread onto cupcakes.
