Why I Love This Recipe
My Dad always makes this for potlucks and large group brunches.
You can add turkey, ham or broken bacon pieces to the recipie for a non-veggie version.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (one stick) margarine, melted
1 can (4 oz) diced green chile
1 lb. jack cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
Beat eggs until lemon color.
Add flour and other ingredients; blend well.
Pour in well greased 9x13 pyrex dish.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serves 10-12
Serve with salsa on the side
