Eggs and Maple Toast

Ingredients You'll Need
12 Bacon strips, diced
1/2 Cup maple syrup
1/4 Cup margarine
12 Slices white bread
12 Eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Fry bacon until crisp. In a sauce pan, melt margarine and then add maple syrup and set aside. Remove crust from bread and flatten with rolling pin. Drizzle one side with maple mixture and press into a cupcake pan. Split bacon among bread cups and then crack an egg into each cup and salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 20 minutes until eggs are cooked through.
