Ellen’s Nutritionally Sound Peanut Butter Fudge

Why I Love This Recipe
Start with 1/4 cup yeast to 2 cups peanut butter and work up.
Kosher (dairy).
Ingredients You'll Need
1 part peanut butter
1 part non-instant powdered skim milk
1/4 C torula yeast
Small amount of honey, sugar, or syrup
Directions
Mix peanut butter and skim milk with minimal honey, sugar or syrup
Add yeast
Mix, then knead.
Form into balls.
