Ingredients You'll Need

3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
a few drops green food coloring
6 oz. Andes mints
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips


Cream butter and sugar until fluffy and creamy.

Add eggs, green food coloring, and peppermint extract, cream until blended. Measure dry ingredients in separate bowl, slowly add in dry ingredients to creamed sugar mixer. Mix until combined.

Stir in mints and chocolate chips. Stir until incorporated. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Use 2 tablespoon cookie scoop.

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from baking pans and cool on cooling rack.
