Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients You'll Need
1-lb Hamburger meat, browned
1 Onion, chopped
garlic and salt to taste
1 can chopped Green chilies
1 can Taco sauce
1 can Enchilada sauce
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 small can evaporated milk (I add a little extra regular milk)
12 Corn tortillas
2 cups shredded Cheese
Directions
Mix first 9 ingredients together. Layer the bottom of 13x9 dish with 6 corn tortillas . Pour 1/2 the mixture on top of the tortillas. Layer 6 tortillas and the remaining mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes.
This makes a large casserole.
