Ingredients You'll Need
1 Whole wheat English muffin
2 Tablespoons tomato sauce
1/2 Cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 Pepperoni's
2 Sliced mushrooms
Directions
Preheat broiler to high. Slice muffin in to two pieces. Top with 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1/4 Cup cheese, 4 pepperoni's and mushrooms. Broil 3 minutes or until cheese is gooey.
